Israel Came Fifth in the World Championship in Wheelchair Tennis

The Israeli wheelchair tennis team has beaten the Canadian team with the score of 2-1.


Boaz Cramer won Adrian from Canada with a score of 6-0, 6-0.
Shraga Vineberg lost to Sara Hanler: 6-4, 3-6, 7-6.
In the doubles match, the Israeli duo won 6-1, 7-5.

With this win, the Israeli team, coached by Kobbi Viner, advanced to the 5th place in the world and was a very good preparation for the Paralympics Games in Beijing.

Shraga Vineberg and Boaz Cramer, both members of Ilan Ramat-Gan, are supported by the Ramat Hasharon Tennis Center and by Yakov Shahar the president of Maccabi Haifa (soccer).
