The Israeli wheelchair basketball team finished third in an international tournament which took place in the US.In the last two games the Israeli team lost to the world champion Canada 78-59.
In the game for the 3-4 places, the Israeli team won the Japanese team 61-47.
Top scorers for he Israeli team were; Meishar Dotan with 25 points and Roi Rosenberg with 17 points.
This was the hardest tournament the Israeli team ever participated as part of their preparations for the Paralympics Games. Among the participating teams were: USA, Canada, Sweden, Great Britain and Japan.
