Third Place at the Chindogu Tournament
The sailors Dror Cohen, Efrati Arnon and Veksler Benny won the third place in the Chindogu Sailing Tournament. This was a difficult but successful week. The sailor had to deal with different weather every day. On one of the main events, their main sail torn yet they still managed to control the tournament and stay on rout for the medal.
Handicapped Sailing
The Israeli sailing team, which is preparing for the Paralympics Games in Beijing, is participating these days in an international tournament in sailing which is taking place in Chindogu, China. After four days of sailing out of five days, Israel is ranked in the fourth place. The team consisted of Dror Cohen, Arnon Efrati and Benny Veksler.
Johnson & Johnson: Sponsorship for the sailing team.
Johnson & Johnson Israel will give 250 thousand shekels to the International Sailing Team of Israel in order to finance their participation in the Paralympics Games which will take place in Beijing 2008.
